ELIZABETH WINTER, PH.D.

SHE / HER / HERS

Dr. Winter is a clinical psychologist with a background in treatment, assessment, and research.  She has general clinical training as well as a Forensic Specialization. She has worked in community mental health clinics, jails and pre-trial detention centers, probation offices, forensic psychiatric hospitals, civil psychiatric hospitals, and medical hospitals. She is very passionate about mental health and therapeutic jurisprudence.

She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from California State University Northridge. She completed a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a Forensic Specialization from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia.

She is a Latinx (she/hers) woman, cis-gendered, a scientist, a first generation college student, and neurodivergent. This is a non-judgmental clinic. Everyone is welcome here.

She offers trauma informed therapy, skills training, consultation, and diagnostic services including testing, assessment, second opinion evaluations, and diagnostic clarification.
