We’re sorry to inform you that we are currently not accepting new patients at this moment. We open our books for scheduling new patients for testing one month at at time, 3 months out. We do have a waitlist that is available for those who can wait, in which you will be notified before open enrollment to schedule an appointment. If you would like to be added to our waitlist, please fill out the forms in the link below and provide all documents that fit your service needs.
